From Merry

Dear John and Krissy,
Hi!  I just wanted to stop by and say hello and remind you that you are being thought of with warm hugs and prayers going up as usual.  It was a beautiful fall day here in Mason City, IA.  Fall is here and we had an 80 degree day!  I a few things to share with you:

"Friendship is a word the very sight of which in print makes the heart warm." ~Augustine Birrell~

"There is nothing I would not do for those who are really my friends.  I have no notion of loving people by halves." ~Jane Austen, Northanger Abbey~

John and Krissy, many of us care and remember that:  "Friends are relatives you make yourselves." ~Aristotle~
Until next time,
Merry

I have enjoyed reading the comments from people and I thought the humor from SassyDee in Martha VS. Maxin was very good.    I am hoping that Krissy and John are able to get out in the nice fall weather and enjoy the autumn air and scenic trees.    My best wishes to them as always.     mark

I love that saying "Friends are relatives you make yourselves."  What a wonderful saying!

Mark, John and I can't go out yet, but I hope we will be out enjoying the fall weather some time this fall.
