Apple Pizza!

 

Spread sugar cookie dough on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.  (1 roll of the prepared cookie dough is not enough, but 2 rolls will be too much) Cook the dough and let cool.

Mix together:

1 – 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

   ½  c. peanut butter

   ½  c. packed brown sugar

Spread this mixture on the cookie dough.

Dice or slice 2-3 Granny Smith apples and soak in sprite or lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.

Dry the apples and put on the mixture.

Sprinkle 1/3 c. chopped pecans

Drizzle caramel ice cream topping on top/
